The Wax Matic model allows the waxing with a semi-automated process, where the only manual operation is the loading/unloading of the bottles. It can seal up to 350 bottles/hour and is suitable for bottles of any kind of shape and different sizes (0,75 - 3 litres)

Main Features
The process of waxing can be carried out with the label already applied to the bottle without any damage.
With a few simple and quick regulations the machine can work on different types and sizes of bottles.
A punching station is applicable upon request.
Thanks to a self-leveling mechanism, applicable upon request, the machine can maintain a constant height in the seal regardless of the wax level in the pot.
The control system is curated and user friendly: a touch screen display gives the user all the process information, such as temperature, wax level, the output per hour, total output and the programmable start.
It features one motor, inverter-driven, that provides all the necessary movements to perform the waxing.
The loading/unloading station is ergonomic and the removal/replacement of the wax pot is simple and quick as well.
The height of the wax seal can be modified by adjusting the height of the tank.
